General Reservation Terms
Making and Confirming a Reservation
- The customer must make a reservation either through our website or by contacting the owner directly.
- The reservation is confirmed only after the customer has paid the required deposit and received confirmation of this payment.
Payment Terms
- The reservation deposit must be paid by the due date, otherwise, the reservation may be canceled.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the accommodation or according to the agreed schedule.
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- A cancellation fee may be charged depending on the timing of the cancellation in relation to the start date of the reservation.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed.
- An additional fee may be charged for late check-out without prior notice.
Damages and Cleaning
- The customer is responsible for the condition of the cabin(s) during the stay and is obliged to compensate for any damages.
- The customer must leave the cabin in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the stay. If necessary, the customer can order final cleaning.
House Rules
- Smoking, bringing pets (unless otherwise agreed), and inviting extra guests without prior approval are prohibited in the cabin(s).
Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for customers’ personal belongings or any damages caused by the customer during the stay.
Compliance with Other Terms
- The customer must comply with all other agreed terms and rules as specified in the reservation confirmation or other documents.
